He was a singer, comedian, and producer

He was born in Kingston Jamaica to Daniel McGregor and Isoline Teresa O’Sullivan Sobers. He Passed away peacefully in 2021. He will be greatly missed. He and GT Taylor put out the first Jamaican Comedy album which opened the door for another comedian artist to follow. He is survived by his brother Karl Anthony Sobers and his family.

His legacy is the Let Paint it Red Album and being a pioneer of music and comedy that represented the culture of Jamaica West Indies.

Jamaican entertainer G. T. Taylor began his career as a live MC and actor in stage plays. He emigrated to New York, where he teamed up with Lord Stupid to form the comedy duo The Ticklers. Later, in the 1990s, Taylor returned to Jamaica and became a successful sound system operator and radio DJ.
