Minority Inventors Empowerment was founded and run solely by Neville Sober in 2013 a nonprofit organization.
The company started as a jewelry designing company. Still, he chose to change to provide quantitative information to the world about the truth of minorities and their contributions that built this vast world we live in. Neville’s educational background is as follows Bauder Fashion College, St. Johns College, and Gemology Institute of America information. He is a renowned specialist in diamonds, pearls, semiprecious stones, precious metals, Corundum, and Neville is known and respected in the United States and worldwide.
Neville founded the IJN jewelry design company in 2015 the company specializes in high-end fine jewelry designs. Neville has worked with the Gilda Foundation in Redondo Beach CA, City Harvest, and City of Hope.
Neville’s MIEMPOWERMENT vision and passion led him to another chapter in his life after a life-changing experience when he was invited to the National Black Entrepreneur convention. He felt that there was a need for more in-depth un-compromised truth with morals and integrity to be told about minorities which are not only American blacks in the United States and throughout the world compromised due to the known, and hidden racism in all areas of life which still exist in society here and worldwide. Neville wanted to infuse the strength and hope of the pioneering bridge builders from the past that has paved the way for minorities back into the mind of all nationality and age groups and to diminish the racism and slavery of the mind which has been propagandized by the pop culture and media. This includes all knowledge of history and the effects major leaders of all genders have set the precedence for today’s visionaries, and pioneer leaders in all career fields.
Researchers
The Research Team on education entails using historical social science events that existed during and after events. The interpretation we bring to the masses is processed from documents with a series of facts with a bio from the slave trade, those who were the first in all fields of a profession throughout the country and worldwide. known and unmentioned that have made significant changes to their homelands. We also encompass a wide range of analyses that is qualitative based on inferences from written, and material sources as well as images. Each research takes approximately weeks to complete. Also, the data is collected by bio selection, and fieldwork as also using the NYPL Schaumburg Center, Library of Congress, History Makers, Smithsonian Institute, Universities, Wiki, Encyclopedia Britannica, and Government public internet information sites to use on the education site which is also connected to the social Facebook page.
