David Rawlinson II (Born 1976) assumed the role of President and CEO of Qurate Retail, Inc. on October 1, 2021. As the leader of this prominent retail conglomerate, David oversees six renowned retail brands, including QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill®, and Grandin Road®.
